TERMS OF DELIVERY

DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA

- We ship the goods within 2-5 working days after payment

- Goods are delivered to the Buyer using Omniva, LP Express and Venipak services.

- Goods are delivered through post machines within 1-2 days.

- The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

- The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

- In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

- The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of them, incomplete product assembly.

- The buyer must e-mail to provide the Seller with photos of the damaged package and/or item(s) by mail.

- If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the fault of the Buyer with an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the seller without taking them from the post office within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the Seller the costs of re-sending, and if the goods were returned from the post office or courier - cover the Seller and the cost of returning the goods. If the buyer refuses to re-accept the shipment (that is, after demanding a refund for the goods), the money for the shipment is not returned to the buyer.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadelės, Šiaulių bankas, Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

RETURN CONDITIONS


- According to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right within 14 days from the delivery of the goods to him, to replace the purchased items with similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness at the place of purchase or at another place specified by the seller, or to return the items to the seller and recover the price paid for them the price. Please note that the buyer's request to exchange or return items is satisfied if the items have not been used, are not damaged, their usable properties have been preserved, the items have not lost their marketable appearance and the buyer has evidence confirming that he bought the items from a specific seller.

- Email us letter to info@sapnius.lt and inform about the intention to return or replace the product with other products.


- The returned item must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging. A fee of 5 euros is charged for damaged packaging.


- You will have to take care of sending the product.


- After receiving the returned product, we undertake to transfer the money to your account within 14 working days or replace the product with another one.
